Shipping & Delivery
We ship the majority of our online orders within 3 business days (unless otherwise specified) from the date your order is received. Most orders shipped by Ground to addresses within the continental United States are received by our customers within 5 business days from shipment. If CityTins is out of stock on any item you order, you’ll be notified by email within 24-hours of placing your order.
Privacy & Security
When you register on the CityTins.com website, we collect personally identifiable information, including (but not limited to) your name, physical address, email address, phone numbers, and billing information. All of this information is mandatory for online ordering; while you can register at CityTins.com without providing this information, we will be unable to accept and fulfill orders from you without it. We do not allow third parties to collect aggregate and other anonymous information about our visitors through the CityTins.com Website. Nor do we sell, trade or otherwise exchange personal information you provide with any third party who are not under confidentiality obligations regarding the information.
Returns & Replacements
If you are unsatisfied with your CityTin for any reason, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return. To accept your return, your CityTin must have been purchased from the CityTins website, and must be accompanied by a receipt of purchase. We cannot accept any CityTins for return or exchange that are expired, that have been used or where any of the contents are missing or damaged. We cannot accept returns from other retail outlets.
When will the new CityTins be available?
Each year, the newest CityTin is launched on or around November 1st. If you would like to be notified via email exactly when and where you can find the latest CityTin, please sign up for our mailing list.
